January 1, 201115 yr Author Old news for some of us maybe. I wasn't aware of the Baron 58 however. Just wanted to bump this today incase anyone missed the post if you happened to be out and about for New Years Eve. Have a great day everyone. :)Warm regards, Jeff
January 1, 201115 yr Some of the best modelers I have ever seen, they and Captain Sim are pretty much perfect in that regard. Both just need to work on systems modeling and FDE creation a little more and their packages will be really up there in rankings with the top dogs.
January 1, 201115 yr I had mentioned the lack of a Baron in a thread a week or so ago. Glad to see this is being made. It will be a welcomed addition to my virtual hangar. Andrew
January 2, 201115 yr Pretty much old news, but since it takes us only 2 months to wait, I'd go on to be one of the first to buy the Baron then. Having experienced happily with the C172N and their PA-32 Saratoga, their Beech Baron shall prevail as a huge success, just like their Bonanza and their C152. Dave. January 2, 201115 yr Really glad Carenado are filling the long time void in the sim market with older classic 6 cylinder twins. I wish they would pay more specific attention to flight modelling though.
January 4, 201115 yr Really glad Carenado are filling the long time void in the sim market with older classic 6 cylinder twins. I wish they would pay more specific attention to flight modelling though.Totally agree. They produce some wonderful looking aircraft but I get put off by the poor flight dynamics on many of them, especially the Seneca (which I instruct on in real-life) and the PA-28. January 18, 201115 yr Hi Guys,I am not sure if I am right here but is it possible that Carenado will be doing an A36 for FSX just after the Baron? Look at the pictures on the site (of the Baron) and see if you see what I am seeing. Look just past the windscreen under the fuselage. Do you happen to notice what appears to be exhaust stacks on each side?Remove the nose cone and put a prop in place of it, remove the twin engines. Just a thought. Since the Baron is in production, make it pressurized! "P58" Baron.

January 18, 201115 yr Since they've already made a F33A I doubt they'll do an almost similar A36.You are probably right but man it seems like it could be in the mix somewhere. :( If you closely just under the right prop, you will see two (or what appears)to be exhaust stacks. Rimshot, I see your point but it does have the same fuselage as the Baron. Who knows....I guess we will have to stay tuned.Kevin
