PMDG 737NGX Liveries

Featured Replies

Seems PMDG has chosen realism, would it be possible to match the worn-look in the cockpits with some dirty liveries? What I mean is aircraft with APU exhaust soot around the back. Basically a well-used aircraft, between wash cycles.Just a suggestion.
No thanks. I like em Clean, not Dirty like Air France.

I know there are many of you that like dirty or clean airplanes or both but you have to realize that what we paint is what we paint according to the photo that we have on hand. For example the Westjet airplanes that I did the other day, there were some comments that stated they were too clean. They are in fact fairly clean, I use Airliners.net as a guidance for my Westjet repaints and in those photos, those two particular airplanes are clean. I have added some slight weathering effects to certain places but generally they are clean. We can't please everybody but we try our best. Imagine if I painted the Westjet airplanes really dirty, I bet ya I'll have hundreds of Westjetters complaining Westjet doesn't have dirty airplanes, its un-realistic etc. Cheers,

So true, Jason...I've seen in the flightsim fora criticism of some of the McPhat liveries because some felt that there was too much dirt and wear.

Maybe a domestic livery next? I'm not complaining, just want to see Alaska or Southwest. :Batting Eyelashes:Joe Inama

What is a "domestic" to you might not be for other people, in my case the Westjet ones were "domestic" :smile:That being said it would be nice to see some Alaska and SWA as they're my favorite American carriers to fly for.

Heh, going to say the same thing ;)WestJet does have almost brand new fleet oldest only being 10 years old, and newest about 2 weeks :) So Jason I am glad you did a accurate representation.

The Virgin Blue shot is nice, but that livery is being phased out. Have you guys done the new livery yet? Just wondering.

Is it possible to get a Royal Air Marok Livery for the NGX like you did for the 747-400?That would be great.:(2010-07-08_B737_RoyalAirMaroc_CN-ROL_EDDF_01.jpg2011-4-28_1-55-2-721.jpg

How is PMDG getting those "rays" coming off the landing lights? I'm referring to the new Korean Air pics. Is that just FSX's built-in bloom?

Yes, that's FSX bloom, but glad you noticed, as it's not someting you typically see in most addons :(
