iFly 737NG SP is out

Featured Replies

anybody know if Ifly737 NG has cabin views. or will the PMDG 737 NG have cabin views. PMDG cabin views are usually of the Abacus standard. This is why i like Captain Sim products, bugy as they maybe on the instrument side, cabin views are alway very good. Anybody know of any new commerical a/c with cabin views. This days, i dont buy if no VC AND Cabin view.I bought PMDG J41, but never bothered to fly it cause the cabin view looks good in pictures , complete witx pax, once you purchase an try it, the cabin view from inside looks very freaky , especially with all the living dead look_ a_ like pax in there. They should not have bothered.Cheers
No the IFLY does not have a modeled cabin view.. the NGX won't either, a cabin view is wasted resources that could be used for system modeling. BUT you may be interested in knowing the NGX is going to have 3 sound sets.. one of them will be from the interior of the cabin when you are using a passenger view.I guess it's what ever tickles your pickle but I have never seen a pilot fly the plane from a wing view.. or come out of the cockpit to look out the windows. and I don't know about you but I am not trying to simulate being a flight attendant or a passenger..

Agreed. BTW, PMDG NGX will have so called "wing views" but you won't see any cabin hence probably they do not classify as "cabin views".

Yeah, but what a great opportunity for a new flight simulator - "FS Passenger"; feel the joy of no leg room, lousy (if any) meals, standing in line for the head, delayed flights, and the joy of standing in line to get zapped and frisked! It's gotta be a hit! As real as it gets...DJ

I can see it now.. You get into your window seat for a 5 hour flight on a 737-700 and only seats left are the two next to you and the row directly behind you and you watch a fat couple and a woman with three kids, 1 infant a 3 year old and a 5 year old walking down the aisle toward you... FSpassenger 2011 as real as it gets..We should make this game, you have any programing skills?

Your right, wing view is more accurate.
