July 18, 201114 yr Chris, tks for the list. I wonder why they havent mentioned the SP on their general forum.Because it's for folks who have the plane... It isn't listed on the Flight1 sales page yet - I expect it will be soon.DJ
July 18, 201114 yr what are the new features in the style menu. can the standby displays be changed to electronic versions on the non BBJs yet, and can Airstairs be added to Non BBJs yet? Dylan Leonard
July 18, 201114 yr Because it's for folks who have the plane... It isn't listed on the Flight1 sales page yet - I expect it will be soon.DJYes, but there also a lot who bought the plane and returned it, waiting for the SP. Seems kinda 'offputting' they are not considering those people. Jay
July 18, 201114 yr Yes, but there also a lot who bought the plane and returned it, waiting for the SP. Seems kinda 'offputting' they are not considering those people.HelloWhy should they consider those who bought the plane then rejected it.Its easy, to get the SP1 just repurchase the product.I cannot see what you find offputting about that.
July 18, 201114 yr HelloWhy should they consider those who bought the plane then rejected it.Its easy, to get the SP1 just repurchase the product.I cannot see what you find offputting about that. They 'rejected' it due to problems, and were/are waiting for news about the SP, to possibly re-purchase it. I was not advocating making it available, but at least a notice that it was released would be good marketing sense, unless they simply don't care about those particular customers. Jay

July 18, 201114 yr All you have to do to get it is to buy the current version and register...DJWell, if a company would not want to publish the changelog for their service pack I would be very, very skeptical of buying anything from them. A changelog should be publicly available to potential buyers, especially when the product is published by a company that has a money-back guarantee. Johan Pettersen
July 18, 201114 yr Well, if a company would not want to publish the changelog for their service pack I would be very, very skeptical of buying anything from them. A changelog should be publicly available to potential buyers, UNLESS the product is published by a company that has a money-back guarantee.Fixed that for you. Paul Skol

July 18, 201114 yr Commercial Member Althought I am not surprised, did I just read a post or two complaining that we are providing support for a product?Plain and simple... If you are registered member of the product, you will have access to registered support items such as service packs, information, previews, etc. The choice of making these available to the public is up to the developer/publisher. If you have a legitimate copy of the software and are registered in our forum area, you have full access to the information and files at hand. In fact, some of the big names could learn from them.DP David Porrett

I would think that a company that doesnt want to release the changelog for a patch probably have something to hide for whatever reason, hence my skeptisism Johan Pettersen
July 18, 201114 yr Quick check: VC in Gatwick, 18->20fps improvement and mouse off screen 23->25fps improvement. Better than nothing.
