February 28, 201214 yr Steve you beat me to it.....Been thinking of that one for a while too.Steve,If you want to do the dark blue top U.S. Airways livery in a -700...you're welcome to do that one if you want. That would allow me to do the Delta livery above quicker. I'm hoping to have the fictional Allegheny bird uploaded by Thursday night. Then it's the America West -700. Let me know! I'll glady relinquish that bird to you if you want to volunteer to do it. It would help me out. I really want to do the Delta bird. I just have to get through the U.S. Airways list...lol. February 28, 201214 yr Anthony, Matt, Joshua thanks for the kind words. Still have a long way to go on Maryland One,there are A LOT of places that still don't match up. I'm done with her for tonight, need a brake from the maddening corrections and tweaking. Here's a couple of screen shots of where she stands right now...... As a Marylander, I hope you finish it.... would be a good livery to start my Southwest VA with!!! Rodney E. Jacobs
February 28, 201214 yr I kept putting the Delta off due to other repaints. Now my plate is full. You'll do an excellant job on the Delta bird. I only started painting because no one was really doing the -600 and the old liveries. As long as someone is doing it, it's all good. :)Now I get to fly it without the work :) :) :)Going to do Eastern Airlines in the -600 and -700...Now we're getting a ton of -600's to fly around with! No problem. I am going to slide that Delta bird up. I picked the -600 on that survey on the forum asking which version was your favorite...lol. The -600 really is mine! The -700 would be next. I can't wait to see the Eastern birds. I'm sure they will be very well done. :good:Here's my current to do list:1. U.S. Airways - Allegheny late 2000s livery in a -700. (in-progress)2. America West -700 non-winglet.3. Delta -600 in the livery mentioned in this thread.4. U.S. Airways -700 in the dark blue top. It's not my favorite livery, but I volunteered to do it, so I'm keeping it on the list. If another painter has time to do this one before I get to it...feel free to tackle this one...lol. February 28, 201214 yr I've requested an Aloha Cargo in the past that flies daily between the Hawaiian Islands. In real life, it's a 732, but since fictional liveries are becoming popular, this would look nice on a 600 model. If anyone has an interest in producing this, it would be appreciated. February 28, 201214 yr I would personally love to see a Northern Air Cargo repaint done as either a -600 or -700. In real life they operate a fleet of -200' and -300's all around North America but are primarily focused in Alaska. If someone could do a repaint of this it would be greatly appreciated. Kyle Zahara

March 1, 201214 yr U.S. Airways - Allegheny (fictional) progress. It's almost there. The anti-glare panel is almost done. Then it's the small vent on the right rear and final color line alignment checks (top rear edge behind cockpit) and it's done. I should be uploading it tomorrow night. Steve StubbsUSAF (retired)

March 1, 201214 yr Steve, I'm going to be sending you the link to the tutorial I used to get me started. I'll have to dig it back up, so keep an eye on your inbox.Captains,I'm putting together a replacement set of bump maps that can be used with any -700 repaint. It may not compare to the pro's but I think it's a definite upgrade over the stock maps. I was just experimenting, but I'm so pleased with them that I'll be doing a set for the -800 and -600 also. Forgive me, but I'm not a -900 fan so unless I can use the same maps for it as the 800, I probably won't do it. I'm posting preview shots in the thread I started in the forum regarding bump maps and OOM problems.Right now, they're 4096 res. I'd like to keep them that way unless I run into performance issues. March 1, 201214 yr Steve, Do you think you could take a look at my requests?Zonadi,Thanks for asking. I have more liveries on my plate than the 3-4 I have mentioned in my list on this thread. Those are just the ones I stated I was working on based on requests. I would like to keep that list small so it's manageable. Right now I'll pass, but again....I appreciate you asking.Chris,I'll keep my eyes posted on my inbox. This Allegheny bird will look fine when I'm done with it, but it's not one I will put a lot more time into. If that tutorial is available, I might attempt to reproduce your efforts for that Delta bird in my list. If you get that template set finished for the -600 before I get to it, I'll gladly use it for the Delta bird. Great work on your part! Thanks for the help! Steve StubbsUSAF (retired)
