I was on the floor laughing when I saw this. You can never satisfy people, they gripe about one thing, and when you fulfill that request, they jump to the next thing just like that!! Seriously dude, don't go there....
Sorry, who are you? as a long time contributor to this forum I have every right to ask a simple question, I'm getting sick of some of these new guy wanna be forum moderators around here. The question was answered in the first two posts, I haven't asked a single question regarding the NGX and spend most of my time helping on the 744/MD11 forums. Why don't you try posting something constructive for a change? or hit the back button. So do me a favour dude, don't go there......

Correct me if I'm wrong, but the Freighter would still have the same flight model, systems, avionics, etc as the PAX variant. The visual model and payload configuration, I think, would be the only difference. This might be a factor in the OP's questions. Stacey Weaver

Hey Stacey, just small differences like MTOW MLW quite a few changes in sop from what I have been reading so far and some changes in the elec and air system. The 744 came in two packages, the MD11 came as one package for both types, now the NGX is being released in multiple packages so I was curious about the plan for the 777Anyway as mentioned, No big frikin deal, it was just a question, anyone got problem with it then take it to pm and I'll tell you what I think.Regards

I think that there a several topics here on the forums that don't end in anarchy. Trust me though, I know the feeling. I just felt a little compelled to help Rob out because of the harsh responses of some people (read: person). I've been lucky enough to be a customer of PMDG since the Fly! 757 days, and I was 16 years old - which is a testament to my dedication to this hobby/career. We should all be mindful - especially newcomers when being critical of others in this forum. Lets play nice! In other news: Did you guys see the AoA video on system depth!?!! This video has a special place in my heart, and I'll tell you why: Since I've been interested in flight/flight simulation for nearly ten years now (with a GIANT help to PMDG for first getting me interesting in flying with the Fly! 757 and what was really a sincere interest in flying the FMC and learning LNAV systems) most of what I have been working myself up to was a career to be an airline pilot. I was lucky enough to have several family friends that were/are airline pilots - and they always said the same thing: get a college degree in something besides aviation. Airline travel is often attributed to fluctuations in the economy, and there is always a chance of furlough. With this in mind - I enrolled in a program that supported my next passion; photography. Once again, lucky being the key word - I was accepted into a top art school in New York. I went on to get a great education and assisted some of the best names in the business: Annie Leibovitz and Mark Seliger to name of a few. There was still that one problem though; that itch. I always had the same plan. I needed to get a degree, just so I could begin my flight training at the local FBO. Unfortunately, when I graduated, and the time came to leave the school-books for flight-books - I found myself in the position a lot of us are finding ourselves in now: tough economic times. Suddenly, spending nearly $70K for flight training and an ATP Rating were less desirable. I sold out. I vied for the photography career. I can't complain today. I get to work on great advertising campaigns, for amazing brands - but once again - there is something missing. I'll never get to the flight deck of a real 737. ...and I'm alright with that. Because we have PMDG. The fact that there is a company in existence that takes as much care and research into a product in our industry is astounding. Just the relationship with Boeing is enough for me to shake my head in disbelief. These guys went out and made an experience I was never going to have : a reality. I forever am indebted to them. So in closing, when some of us / any of us want to get rowdy - or even get a little ###### at each other, lets just remember what we're looking at: a nearly perfect simulation that 98% of us were never going to get to fly. We're all friends here. Cheers guys

Blake, We share a lot in common, down to the photography line (well, almost..).Aside from that, very nice thoughts, couldn't have said better myself. +1 on that! Cheers,

There is plenty of time to play and focus on 737 NGX, I would get stick with it for a while before thinking about 777.

In that case it would be really a pity considering that NGX is gonna be the most recent and most professional FSX add-on plane in the world.

My point is not everyone is going to buy this aircraft just because it is the latest and greatest, if that was the case PMDG could probably afford to lower the price even further. I will still purchase the NGX as a show of support because it is without a doubt an amazing achievement however I have no interest in the 737NG. The MD11 is still a work of art and I will carry on using it as my main long haul aircraft until the 777 is released. So guy’s please, enough is enough, a simple question has turned into 2 pages. My question was answered, can we let this post die, ok?
