August 5, 201114 yr It must be so frustrating for you guys !!I think most customers understand the situation and if we the customers could help, we would. This will pass and soon things should be back to normal.Shame on the sad folks who are causing this disruption !!! Congratulations guys in your grwat efforts to cope with this situation. I have every faith in PMDG and this is only temporary inconvenience. I am so looking forward to buying this plane.I have been following it's development from day 1. Your fligh sim software is simply the best !!State of the art sofware and we are lucky to have it. Thanks guys. Frederic Steiner.
August 5, 201114 yr Commercial Member Frederic- The frustration for us is that we WANT YOU GUYS FLYING! We're making progress... We have some pretty heavy hitters playing for our side. Robert S. Randazzo PLEASE NOTE THAT PMDG HAS DEPARTED AVSIM You can find us at: http://forum.pmdg.com
August 5, 201114 yr Good to hear you're making progress. The effort is appreciated (as you can imagine ). Best Regards, Dan Parkin.
August 5, 201114 yr I hope you get the FBI involved and get their cyber division involved. These kinds of attacks serve no purpose other than to cause disruption. The attackers don't even gain any kind of financial benefit from it! It's pointless!!! By the way, my wife is showing some signs of cracking under pressure. I am hoping i MAY be able to buy this product sooner rather than later. Fingers crossed. Matthew Bellette

Have you tried the "sport on TV ploy." "But my dear, the Ashes/Rugby World Cup/etc. (delete as appropriate) is only on once every 2/4 years (delete as appropriate) and your (crappy) soap opera is on three times a week!" Same applies if you ask me. Best Regards, Dan Parkin.

August 5, 201114 yr The NGX downloaded very quickly for me, so I must have caught it at the right time. It's a beautiful simulation. Everything that was said about it is so true. Robert Yunque
August 5, 201114 yr Said it before in another thread, but I can't say it enough.. I had so much anger, not for the delay getting the NGX into my FSX hanger (which it is now safely spending its first night) but for the fact that you guys have put years into the development of this fine aircraft, and on your big day some low life from China completely shut you down just seconds after you pushed the go button. You guys deserved this day, and this guy tried to take that away. Just sick.... Happy it got fixed. Hope the PMDG team can take pride in knowing their customers ended up with and are enjoying their fine product despite the efforts of some punk. Ryan Syferd (KSEA)
