Same from egss-lemd 18L and 33L, followed correct altitudes and was surprise to see Terrain warnings at 6000ft.Chris Farrell

James, thanks for the explanation. I know quite a bit about computers in general but RAM has always been hazy for me. Time to hit the books I guess.. haha :(

Some hours ago I have read in Ryan´s Bug-Fixing Thread that this issue is already under investigation. Seems that the thread has gone now ....

same things in LTAI (aerosoft) and HESH (def) hotfix on board ...

Many flights later I would say that there is a general terrain ND shift which correlates with the lenght of the flight which happens on every flight. If you get a terrain warning depends only from how far or at which situation the shift currently is. In my opinion the EGPWS is not very helpful currently but there are of course more important issues to fix right now. Nevertheless I hope that PMDG will find a solution. Cheers!

Guys this should be fixed in hotfix 3 - try it and let us know if you still see it. Alex found the problem, it is indeed a map shift type thing based on how long the flight is and the exact angle you're passing over the terrain cells at.
