August 25, 201114 yr He doesn't. But haven't you noticed they've stopped the hotfixes?Yes because what it does say in that post is that he has been working on the 'ACTIVATION' issue and nothing else. That could mean that they are not even working on SP1. Don't ya think? Rick Hobbs
August 25, 201114 yr What's the hurry with a 2nd tutorial ?? I bet a lot of prople still haven't a clue how the 1st tutorial rally worksor they have not fully grasped what it is trying to teach them. Try flying the 1st tutorial with no VNAV and LNAV.That will keep you busy for a week or 2. Fred.++1 Spot-on,Frederic. Rick Almeida
August 25, 201114 yr I hope SP1 is DELAYED till there is no further need for HOTFIXES, and both the ACTIVATION and other issues are resolved, AND PROVEN TO BE RESOLVED with the final HOTFIX, "BEFORE" there is a SP1 release. Once SP1 is released, don;t hold your breath for any further "fixes"....or SPs .. ( logistical & Support nightmare) In any case, it would seem the way the HOTFIXES are designed, you could equally call them SERVICE PACKS, so, it you are so eager for a SP, then call HOTFIX #3, SP3 !!! A far more SIGNIFICANT release, (IMHO), will be the release of MULTICREW. If MULTICREW is to be part of SP1, then SP1 is probably some way away. The 737NGX is a major advance in FSX addon aircraft, MULTICREW will make it a KILLER APPLICATION, and open up a far more realistic "2 Crew" operation, and some fantastic Training opportunities. VERY EXCITING STUFF !!
August 25, 201114 yr He said the activation were his number one priority. He did not say that that is all they're working on. Of course they are working on other issues too Di Agron Dell XPS 15 L502X | Intel i5-2540m @ 2.60GHz | 4GB DDR3 1333MHz (2x2GB) | nVidia GT525M | Seagate 500GB 7200RPM | 15" 1366x768 | 23" LG 1360x768 | Got a hardware question? August 25, 201114 yr He said the activation were his number one priority. He did not say that that is all they're working on. Of course they are working on other issues tooAs far as he is concerned, that is exactly what he said. Anyhow, no matter. Interesting sig by the way.Regards, Rick Hobbs

August 25, 201114 yr Geoff, what is this MULTICREW ? Something like FS2Crew ? My understanding is that the Proposed PMDG "MultiCrew" is the PMDG custom implimentation of a Shared Cockpit , and the sharing of controls and guages, that will enable the 737NGX to be flown with 2 (or more ?) players, effectively simulating being in the same aircarft, and having access to control the switches & monitor the Gauges. It has been metioned by PMDG a few times, when the subject of FSX Shared Cockpit has been brough up.
August 25, 201114 yr Well they haven't released SDK, which means there's still working on the fixes. Until then you won't see fs2crew and the rest. Jose De Campos London
August 26, 201114 yr SP1 is supposed to be a roll up of the hot fixes plus a bit more and be timed to concide with the next time your credit card is lured out of the darkest confines of your wallet to buy the NG600/700 versions. On the original plan that was slated for September but with the hiccups over the last three weeks my guess would now be nearer to October than August if indeed still in September. Andy Brockbank
August 26, 201114 yr Commercial Member The support issues (activation and freezes mainly) come first guys - I'm not putting time into more tutorials until that stuff is solved. Geoff, please stop assuming you know what we're going to do. There will certainly be more updates past SP1 - there's a lot of things we want to do still with this product that are not related to bug fixing. August 26, 201114 yr SP1 will be released once the activation issues have been resolved Is it true that we'll see the -600/-700 come with SP1? Dave P. Woycek
