I installed it to do some testing for him. i have tried to have him make it available to the public but he does not care to share his work since there are some parts of the Caribbean region that are incomplete. I see, that's too bad that he wont release it to the public as either payware or freeware since it looks pretty nice. While I was waiting for your reply I did a google search and found a package called Taburet - Puerto Rico Photo Real http://secure.simmarket.com/taburet-puerto-rico-photorealistic.phtml that doesn't look bad and includes night textures as well.
