November 23, 201114 yr Author Thanks for the comments guys!Yes this is FS9 (Still can't believe how good it looks after all these years)And yes, the aircraft is the totally awesome LDS 767. Not only is she a fantastic bird to fly, she is also easy to paint.Sitting at DFW (the real one), waiting for my flight to Atalnta. Flying American today (MD80, seat 10F) because they had a great deal on a ticket that Delta couldn't match. Unfortunately, my primary airline, Airtran, no longer flies from DFW. I just hope all my elite Airtran points convert over to Southwest miles (I calculated I should be getting around 240,000 miles if they do a 1 to 1 conversion...yeah..I fly a lot). And Rightseat, I think there was a movement way back to have Shez sainted, heheI'm hoping I can find Ed's excellent AA MD-80 he painted way back to reproduce my flight.Regards,Steve Dra Regards, Steve DraGet my paints for MSFS planes at flightsim.to here, and iFly 737s hereDownload my FSX, P3D paints at Avsim by clicking here
November 23, 201114 yr Steve your miles will get converted to the silly WN points program...Simply hate it.... Great shots and glad to see you back! Cheers, Hank (Formerly HBELZ4. For some reason the old account would not log-in)
November 24, 201114 yr sweet shots, reminds me of when i flew into ATL on a Delta 767 and ol Steve there bought me some Chinese food in the food court. Gary Hayes My Youtube No i'm not a "real" pilot, but I did stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night.
November 25, 201114 yr Author Thanks nebojsa.Hey Hank, Thanks for the info on the points. Good to see ya here again.Yeah it was good to meet ya in the Atlanta airport Gary, even if it was between flights. With me flying out and in there every week now, I kinda' take it for granted. My AA MD-80 flight yesterday was quite pleasant. I had nobody sitting next to me in 10E so I had some extra room which is always nice. And since they park at the T gates, I had one less train to ride than I usually do with Airtran or Delta.I'm flying back to DFW Monday on Delta, 757 I believe, which isn't a bad ride, at least for that short distance. Sure wish they'd fly 767s into DFW, I'd ride them all the time!I'll figure out a weekend when I'm staying in Dallas to come see ya.And Jay if you're reading this, we can surely get together during the week in the evening since we are so close (and didn't even know it, LOL).Regards,Steve Dra Regards, Steve DraGet my paints for MSFS planes at flightsim.to here, and iFly 737s hereDownload my FSX, P3D paints at Avsim by clicking here
