Well this weekend I spent 165 USD on various items X-plane related. In addition I'm happy with everything I bought. So for any developers that are contemplating on if there is a market, I'm proof that if you develop it, someone will buy it. Once XPX is released i'm sure there will be others like me who are curious about its potential and what is available to make it better.

Vincent... and groupI just picked up the Dreamfoil Bell 206 and the R22. They perform really well in the Xplane 10 Demo. I'm very surprised at the excellent frame rates I'm getting them and the HDR setting turned on!The future is looking HDR bright for Xplane.!

I've always been a Carenado fan so I picked up the Bonanza and Jrollon crj 200, still figuring out the crj, but the bonanza flies like a dream.

crj is a real joy. Update is due to come out very soon. Adding the possiblility to display and work the FMS from any external html5-compatible device (iPhone, Android phone, iPad....) - cool!

I picked up the bonanza as well. When you pull the power to idle does the plane want to bank to the right ? It does on me. I'm wondering if this a bug or a bug.

So far, I've added the Carenado 172, the 4Forces 152, the MU-2 Marquise, and three payware helos - the ND Art and Design BK 117 and the Dreamfoil Bell 206 and Robinson R22. My experiences are positive so far but as noted elsewhere, I'm still feeling my way. Am probably still a majority MSFS simmer but am happy to continue exploring.

On short final. If I pull the power in cruise flight it wants to roll to the right as well.

That seems logical to me-you loose a large amount of the left turning tendancies of the engine when you pull the power-I get more of a yaw to the right than a roll. I have to confess I don't think I ever pulled the power like you can on a cessna-but 1" at a time and very gradually on final to baby the engine-my plane had a twist vernier control you just gradually screwed out.

I thought they said shipments won't start until December 7th?Anyway, just made my own contribution to the X-Plane economy with a purchase of X-Plane 10. I've been keeping an eye on X-Plane for years, but the XP10 demo impressed me enough to finally make the plunge. I particularly like the fact that all three versions come on the same discs, so I can install it on Linux and Windows and fly in whichever operating system I happen to have booted.
