I haven't used the 900 there, as I only fly 90 minute or less sorties from there. Obviously, this isn't a MTOW runway, but with careful fuel and pax/cargo loading, it is certainly safely achievable. December 28, 201114 yr The smaller 737s should be able to handle a runway 5000 feet in length. That was the length of the old runway at Madeira Funchal, and 737s visited that airport on a regular basis. December 28, 201114 yr kiki, Anacortes 74S is spectacular, but because of its proximity to Skagit, the couple together put some load on the frames.So my recommendation, if you cannot buy the whole set of NA airfields, is to buy either Anacortes or Skagit and another airport a bit farther away, like Orcas or Jefferson or Harvey.Thanks for your answer, Naji. I value your opinions high, so I took Skagit and put the money I was intended to put on Anacortes to Central Rockies.
