January 4, 201214 yr Depends when you bought it, if you bought recently (around Christmas), I believe that all patches and Service Packs are includedand welcome to the NGX!
January 4, 201214 yr If u downloaded it recently from PMDG then its up to date, otherwise wont hurt to install SP1B Brent Lewis
January 4, 201214 yr Other than wasting time downloading SP1b, if you try to install that patch and your NGX already has that update, you will get a nice message telling you so and you can quit. No harm done. Jack Urie

January 6, 201214 yr Hello All.On checking I found that I purchased the PMDG 737-800/900 in October 2011. I still cannot download the two updates SP1 and SP1b. My browser is IE9. Can someone help me please.Regards to all,Jim zl2bmh.I have had the same problem with other downloads. Once i just downloaded to my desktop and the moved the file to the folder where i wanted it to be and that worked for me.Another way is to install Google Chrome. This one always seems to work for me now. If you don't want to use it permanently, just keep a shortcut handy and use it when you need it.Regards, Rick Hobbs
January 6, 201214 yr Author Thank you for all your help, I have now downloaded SP1b and installed it. As I'm not a competent user of a computer, I just want to make absolutely sure that I only had to install SP1b and that there was no need to install SP1. Is this correct. Thanks you again,Jim. zl2bmh
January 6, 201214 yr Yes, just install SP1B. All other fixes from previous SP's and hotfixes are included in this SP. Andrew McCluskey
