Yeah i will post an image of how i got it set out.. there is also something else i have in which has really boosted my performance on the ATI side.. BRB

Here are my ATI settings .. " Remember because of this im telling the graphics card to control everything so aniliasing must be unchecked in fsx. As for the filtering it doesn't matter what it is set to in FSX because the hardware is taking control. but remember not to set it in fsx to none..
