What could it be?

I don't recall anyone from PMDG specifically saying that the "secret" project is NOT an aicraft, but my guess is that indeed it is not...I'll wager that it's a utlity. Perhaps an updated fuel planner for the NGX, similar to the one that came with the original NG.

Personally myself all I am hoping for is the BBJ package. That would be excellent! Loving the 600 so far, and my 700 with a BBJ paint (thanks to the community).. However having the actual BBJ with load planner would be very nice. Can't wait to see what it actually winds up being though.

Dang! If they give us a release point and it's months away, I will go ahead and buy the MD-11. I want a cargo airplane, NAOOOO!!!I also hope that PMDG puts the T7 in a all in one package. No expansion packs. (Similar to QualityWings with their 757)So that would include: 777-200ER, 777-300ER, (I forgot the -200LR on purpose...) and the 777F. Maybe even the KC-777.
I'm not an insider, but since we havent even seen a single screenshot of the 777 yet I'm guessing release date no earlier than christmas 2013. You should get the MD-11 right away, it totally kicks &@($*

I remember something like that as well. A long, long time ago. Perhaps more than a year

If you are right about the release date, I think Ryan might need to be sacrificed.

Diego, if you want a good cargo hauler, the MD11 is fantastic and I'd strongly recommend getting it! Prior to the NGX being released it was THE best airliner for FSX, and I still fly it in and around my PMDG beta testing duties. It's an incredibly deep simulation and quite a challenge to fly well. You won't be disappointed!

If not a aircraft I'd like to see PMDG work out the EFB and implement it into the 737 and later into the 777.

If for some reason its not an aircraft, it would be nice to see a better ATC, the FSX one is seriously lacking.

I thnk it safe to say PMDG are not building an ATC engine for FS ;) Anyway you can find lots of good synthetic ATC programs out there and Vatsim/IVAO for the most realistic option regarding procedures

One of the "highly classified secrets" could be an new 747-8 with the real cockpit, exterior already done, knowledge & systems already in house, not a big of a step to get a brand new product out.............?Doesn't make sense to have an 747-8 with 747-400 cockpit....certainly 747-8 is an "half made" "eye candy".....just doesn't feel like PMDG's style to leave it unattended.

Kind regards
R.G

i still hope for an EMB-120, but i know it will never be made for FSX

I think a DC3 would be just brilliant. Although very unlikely.... :,(

I would be very dissappointed if the following weren't at least mentioned as there has been speculation for a year, this can be 'good' or 'bad' news, but it is unfair to leave these actively discussed issues hidden:Secret projectsThe 747 remake [maybe this is the secret project]777 news, varients and news
I agree, would like to know the 777 variants at least, that's the question buzzing around in my mind at the moment.
