Well, if any of the unnecessary carping about the meaning of "soon" is any indication, next we will have people complaining about whether that means Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, and which time zone, and this lack of specificity derided as a sign of PMDG's lack of commitment to customer service...sigh...seriously, I equate it to people staying at a 5 star resort with impeccable service and griping that they didn't leave mints on their pillows. And I don't believe that is an inappropriate analogy - PMDG's 737 NGX is widely regarded as the most sophisticated, complete add-on product ever produced for FSX, and in my experience not only has an incredible and unprecedented level of sophistication, but has managed to be more stable than the more than 5 year-old software platform upon which it runs, with a modest impact on performance. Ironically, apparently what some would consider to be preferable in terms of customer service would be if PMDG were to remain silent about any upcoming updates to an already incredible and standard setting product, rather than share any news about the status and progress of any forthcoming updates, lest they create "unrealistic expectations." Of course, this same group would also complain about the lack of communication if that were the case. The point of my needless diatribe is that I suspect the vast majority of users are not only extremely happy with the product as is, but truly appreciate the efforts of the developers not only to improve the quality of an already outstanding product, but to keep everyone informed about their progress in doing so.Brian Johnson
