Since everyone else is speculating, I'll do a little as well.IMHO, I don't think PMDG wants to share the market with anyone. They will probably wait to see how succsesfull the Majestic bird is so they know what they will have to do to compete with.

They are making two completely different models. PMDG is doing the 200/300 and Majestic is doing the Q400. Completely different cockpits and systems.

Guys,This is not a place to debate the merits of one developer vs. another, please take it elsewhere (like the general FSX forum) if you'd like to do that. Tone it down please.
