April 1, 201214 yr Wow! Its amazing. I haven't even had a chance to really sink my teeth into it yet, but it looks, sounds & flys awesome! An instant favorite for me, cause im a big fan of these vintage planes. Very detailed cabin too. Virtual cockpit is the best ive seen. :yahoo:Rob

April 1, 201214 yr About 5 hours ago.Ah good! Was a little irritated because yesterday I was still looking at preview shots.Well, that's another check mark on my list. Just a few more and XP10 purchase is imminent. Regards, Tom
April 1, 201214 yr Of course it would be nice if it actually worked instead of giving me an error message saying that it isn't an aeroplane and then defaulting to the 747.Al Alan Bradbury Check out my youtube flight sim videos: Here

April 1, 201214 yr Just a quickie update. The issue was that I had installed X-Plane 10 from the DVD, which is apparently not a good idea, so I downloaded the updater/installer from the X-Plane site, updated XP10, then uninstalled and reinstalled the DC-3, and that sorted it. The DC-3 is very nice, worth the price I would say, although ironically, right after I got it installed and was test flying it, I got a bird strike and lost both engines LOL, so it was one of the shortest first test flights since Orville and Wilbur:TWEET-TWEET-BRZZZZ-SPLUTTER...Al Alan Bradbury Check out my youtube flight sim videos: Here
April 1, 201214 yr Looks great, unfortunately not the type of aircraft I'm looking for, even if it is one of the most well developed. Alexis Mefano
April 1, 201214 yr Quite the reverse for me. I bought XP10 on pretty much the day it was released, but I could never be arsed to install it until today, when the DC-3 became available for it, and I bet this add-on will swing it for a few others too. No sim is complete without a DC-3.Al Alan Bradbury Check out my youtube flight sim videos: Here
