That wasn't Darryl who wrote that - it was me. "Nonsense"? Whatever you say. Fast remains that they would sell more, if the package was less expensive, and have more satisfied customers. You don't have to pay for materials and labor for every unit purchased. But don't forget that it depends on the elasticity of the market. FS is a particularly inelastic market, so reducing the price will not increase the profits substantially enough to make up for the loss. Remember that this product has a narrow market within the "active online simmer" market.Daniel P.

WHY DOESN'T ANYONE TALK ABOUT OVERPRICEING OVER AT PERFECT FLIGHT. I POSTED THIS AWHILE BACK AND NO ONE BOTHERED TO BACK ME UP ON THAT ONE. NOW SO MANY WANT TO JUMP ON THE BAND WAGON ABOUT A SUPPIRIOR PRODUCT LIKE THE 737NG...Is it because many of you already know you wouldn't touch A Perfect Flight add-on??? Deep down you really want this new update but are too cheep to cough up the cash??? You tell me... Quite complaining and buy the add-on if you want it that bad. Flight Simulator requires a heck of allot more development time for add-ons than it did back in the days of FS98. Many of you complained when Perfect Flight brought out the 717 without an FMC, now we have that and much more it should be free (the 737NG was always ment from the word

Well said Dillon! My sentiments exactly! I said earlier I would not post again, but after reading your post I couldn't resist. The guys over at PMDG really do deserve better recognition for their efforts than what we've seen in this thread the last few days. OK this time that's really it for me with this thread, I got that off my chest...Regards,Tom

Just wanted to remind everyone this post was brought up to express my option on accelerating add-on prices, not to attack any developer. Please re-read my original message... Thanks,

Folks, this thread has gone along for enought time that all sides have been heard and it is starting to get personal and drift outside the bounds. Time to lock it down and give everyone a breather.Robert KirklandASSOCIATE PUBLISHERAVSIM
