So the question is, what "standard" aircraft do you think there may be in an Alaska theme?

^^^ is that a Twotter? Where did that image come from?! It looks like the FLIGHT hangar.....Have I missed something?

Photoshop...

I'll be glad when we are done with those warbirds. But of course Kevin has a point there... basic aircraft for Alaska... Yikes. Didn't think of that. Well, I don't mind, really, as long as we get one or two complete 'deluxe' planes with Alaska. In fact, I think I wouldn't even mind that much if we only get new scenery! I like the Maule and the RV-6A and I won't mind using them in Alaska too. But of course, I'd like some extra planes...

Doh! What was it GWB said? Fool me once, I'm a gimp, or something? LOL...Well, a twotter would be great, but I'd really like a King Air or a turbine retrofit of an older plane of some sort...Not long to wait now! (two weeks apparently  )

it looks like the F4U colors at the time . so lets get that one out of the way so we can be closer to alaska and a deluxe AC...

Image removed as image is no longer available.

A Twin Otter would be sweet, but wouldn't a Cessna 172 be pretty redundant (and less capable) than the Maule?

There's no place like this place, so this must be the place.

Redundant? No, not really... unless you mean they are both single-prop high-wings.

Less capable? Yeah, in pretty much every category.

I'd buy it just so I could move a couple of PAX and not be in a tail-dragger.

i would like to see,

c172, twin otter, (or beaver) , some regional jet, and if they want a 'war bird' why not something different like a hu-16a ???

How bout wait till after the release of the next scenery DLC? We all know that this warbird is the last one.

How about we go ahead and talk about desirable (and actually useful) future planes if we want?

Exactly.

Less capable? Yeah, in pretty much every category.

Exactly again.

The one thing the Maule has taught me is that I need more practice at tail-draggers.

I'd love a tricycle 2-prop with more capacity (and speed) than the Maule, especially for Alaska.

There's no place like this place, so this must be the place.
