I'm sorry. I don't mean to be mean. I just find it fascinating that "somebody's" post never really have relevance to the topic at hand. They are always just questions/suggestions for PMDG's "next" project. They have already stated their business strategy multiple times, in multiple formats (posts/Munich/etc.), yet this person almost always posts suggestions for the "latest, greatest" idea. I find it more entertaining than anything else. I ALWAYS find time to read it haha.

 

Again, I apologize. Only PMDG employees have the right to say/decide what is relevant. If my posts get deleted, I fully understand. Just something I've been thinking for quite some time now...

 

I agree with you. Everyone has their favorite aircraft and want PMDG to develop it. However, there may be aircraft out there that the only person that would buy it is the person that demanded it. But it's a business. I don't think they would design something that wouldn't sell.

God I just cannot wait for the 747,,

 

although the 777-200er is my favourite aircraft I have spent most of my simming life in the pmdg747 so it has a very special place in my heart.. Lets see if the 777 can overtake it..

 

If PMDG are making all the models and varients for the 747, [RR GE PW] I am perplexed why they are against the idea of doing at least the RR engines for the 777-200er.

so after the t7 the dc6b then the 747-800I please go all the way and not just a747 version 2 because the 747-8 is an almost entirely new aircraft and not just a extension of the -400 then the dash8 then what may be the 787-900 or the 737max all variants.

I think they said that they were doing a 748. Haven't heard anything about the Dash-8 or 787. The 737MAX right now is a paper airplane. There are no performance numbers and it isn't expected to be in service until 2015.

After like 1000 hours of flying the NGX and no other FSX plane except the MD11 for some reason I find those 13 hour flights irresistable. I do not know what is so apealing to taking off and going to bed and letting the sim run all night or go to work and then come back and land. Or what is so apealing to taking off from SFO with 350,000 pounds of gas and labouring up to fl320 compared with the much shorter flights with the NGX. Something about it reminds me of the feeling I got when I was a little kid and would be on the 747 bound for New Zealand or something and all giddy I was going on vacation with my parents in this huge airplane that just blew my mind as a child. As I build my airport collection I notice allot of cool ones are perfect for the NGX but to short for the 777 and 747 like Santos Dumont and SABE in Buenos Aires. I have to remember that w/o breaking the bank I need a world collection of airports that can serve the larger aircraft as well but am running out of patience. And at the same time it is hard for me after the NGX to even go back to the MD11 or 747v1. Call me spoled but it is like sleeping with a supemodel and then going back to Old Jane from Texarkana. No not that bad I am just kidding. More like going back to Penelope CruzJust%20Kidding.gif .

 

I just realize the more questions we ask you the longer it is going to take.

Rotax 912 100hp put the Rotax 914 115hp engine on the back end and all the extras on it including the baggage compartment. electric trim and the fastest wing made.

Reallly? Why would pmdg make that?They've stated their plans for future releases numerous times before, and it's not even remotely close to the kinds of aircraft pmdg make.
