Carenado Meridian over California Redwood Country

Featured Replies

It's been a year since I've purchased any payware, so I decided to purchase the Carenado Meridian. Here's some screenshots of my first flight with it (the first shot is of a different livery). The scenery was generated by Tileproxy--hope you enjoy.

P.S. Love the little details, such as each of the window shades can be rolled up or down....

Very nice, one of my favorite aircraft.

The right airplane and scenery for the rockies!

Maybe you can help me with an odd problem--when I press Shift+E or Shift+E+2 to open the aft or forward doors, they open, then immediately close. Can't get them to stay open...

Love #3!!

using interlacing it seems

No, just scaled down the pics to 1024x768 to keep my bandwidth down on photobucket. However for some odd reason, I've never had AA work on my aircraft in FSX. AA Works great in FS9, but for some reason FSX doesn't care how I set up AA--whether it be overidden, app enhanced, turned on in FSX or turned off. Scenery looks great, no shimmering or anything like that. But AA just doesn't kick in on my aircraft. My display adapter is a low end NVidia 9500 GT. FSX recognizes it as such. I've just learned to live with it.

I guess I helped myself with my own problem. Parked elsewhere and the door problem went away. Wierd. Probably someone was inside doing something that they didn't want anyone to see.....

Fantastic shots of a Beautiful Aircraft John!

**About that command problem**I seem to remember a similar situation in The Flight1 T182T Skylane.If you parked to close to a Orbx fuel pump[which would refill your tank automatically] then none of the aircraft commands would work,probably got over rhode by the fuel program.

That's excactly where I was--close to a fuel pump. I haven't had the problem since, so the fuel pump proximity is probably what caused the problem.

Yup, standard FSX "feature", not even Orbx related.

Yes, I don't have Orbx scenery installed. I'll just have to tell the passengers they can't get out while I'm fueling up...
