July 5, 200421 yr Hey thanks Shez! You'll probably see this airport in quite a few screenshots in the Screenshot section of the forum now.. hehe. Thanks Again, :DJim
July 5, 200421 yr I don't know if a AFCAD will help, but my AI planes that are at the scenery is sunk into the ground. Does anyone eles have this happening? How can I fix this?
July 5, 200421 yr A new AFCAD2 is under development by someone else. Should be out soon.Shez Shez Ansari Windows 11; CPU: Intel Core i7-8700K; GPU: EVGA GEFORCE GTX 1080Ti 11GB; MB: Gigabyte Z370 AORUS Gaming 5; RAM: 16GB; HD: Samsung 960 Pro 512GB SSD, Samsung 850 Pro 256GB SSD; Display: ASUS 4K 28", Asus UHD 26"
July 5, 200421 yr Hi Joesph. I just wanted to let you know you're not alone. My AI planes are sunk into the ground a little too.The airport sure looks great though. :DJim
July 5, 200421 yr Thats an easy fix in afcad...it basically takes modifying the height of the airport in the AFCAD file data and the starting points. Georender airports typically have this problem too. lets wait for whomever does the afcad for this airport. Too bad Shez didnt get coordinated a time of release, but the scenery is great! Love the static planes.Eric AND
July 5, 200421 yr Yeehaw! Great stuff Shez - Thank you so much...You wouldn't happen to be 'moving on' to KBUR would you by any chance?;-) Best RegardsBoone,[email protected]"Flying a plane is no different from riding a bicycle. It's just a lot harder to put baseball cards in the spokes."
July 5, 200421 yr Agreed with Boone, waiting on Burbankbtw...along with the new ACAD2 file, I would rate SNA in the top three of all freeware airports (it's that good!)>Yeehaw! July 5, 200421 yr Thanks Ed! I already have jabbgl_134445.zip and used it before (on Beirut scenery) :-)But didn't know what to do so this Santa Ana scenery is fixed.
July 5, 200421 yr Excellent detective work! This fixes the problem. BTW, do you know what height to apply to OSS Gatwick, which has the same problem?Lee Lee H i9 13900KF 64GB Ram 24GB RTX 4090
July 5, 200421 yr Sheza ...after looking at the real airport charts for KSNA it would appear that your gates have been numbered back to front i.e. gate 1 should be 14 etc...doesnt bother me much...but just in case you were thinking of updating ....:)[email protected] My FS Videos
July 5, 200421 yr Sheza... I think edetroit is correct. Looks like the gates are numbered in the reverse order. Hey edetroit, thats a great AA model in your snapshot. Who is it... what is it... where is it?
