ImaginesimKDEN opinions?

Featured Replies

Hi-

Anyone care to share opinions regarding this airport? I'm looking for a replacement and it seems Imaginesim is the sole proprietor on this AP, unless there IS another choice.

Cheers,

Mark

AFAIK, ImagineSim is the only dev that has done this field. It is decent and does a good job with terminals etc. Ground textures are acceptable but not great.

Try the demo first before you buy so you can check it out. I tried the demo myself and was disappointed in the looks and performance, but its the only KDEN at the moment.

This would be a good airport for FSDT to do.

it is actually one of my favorite add-on airports....simple, but a good overall model of the airport. I use it with megasceneryearth Denver area...

It is as all ImagineSim airports that I can voice an opinion (KDEN, KATL-older-one, MYNN, KIAD, KLGA, VHHH, WSSS, TJSJ, VIDP):

Not superb as FlyTampa or FDST, but good-enough and with great framerates.

At their reduced price (if you get 3), they are good value for money.

KDEN is very rough on framerates and textures just aren't that great. Since it's the only option for the airport and a favorite airport of mine I bought it. But I hope they upgrade it sometime

I agree... KDEN brings my system down into the low 20s. My machine is no weakling either.

Works fine for me, it's a must in my collection since it's a United hub.
