October 17, 201213 yr http://www.justfligh...-from-traffic-x it looks good and is also for P3D "Traffic 360 is the latest version in our best-selling Traffic series of AI traffic expansions and is the new benchmark for Artificial Intelligence traffic add-ons. Traffic 360 features the most realistic worldwide aircraft schedules ever, using data from real-world flight schedules covering the entire globe, and adds over half a million flight plans and over 2,400 individual aircraft variants to your flight simulator environment. New and updated aircraft include commercial airliners, regional jets and turboprops, business aircraft, GA aircraft, helicopters, military jets and props and - for the first time in the Traffic series - custom airport ground vehicles. Airliners include the mighty A380, 787 and the yet-to-fly A350XWB, and Traffic 360 also includes all the content from the three Traffic X PlusPaks. With a host of custom utilities and innovative functionality to control and monitor your AI traffic around the globe, this is THE essential addition to your FS world!"
October 18, 201213 yr I saw this too, I was wondering if the AI planes fly actual Routes like UTXII or just Direct too? Ron Hamilton "95% is half the truth, but most of it is lies, but if you read half of what is written, you'll be okay." __ Honey Boo Boo's Mom
October 18, 201213 yr I have MyTraffic 2010 which also features g/a, military, cargo, regionals and such. I can't really tell if the ai models are better with 360, but I tend to set and forget the ai so all the extra tools for editing flights/aircraft are pretty much lost on me. I'm perfectly happy with MyTraffic 2010, but if 360 is a much less resource intensive, and a more polished program, I'd consider making the switch. If someone purchases 360 that has MyTraffic 2010, I'd love feedback on a comparison of the two. Thanks, Philip
October 18, 201213 yr Moderator I saw this too, I was wondering if the AI planes fly actual Routes like UTXII or just Direct too? If its .bgl based traffic plans then it will be direct since you cant create flight plans that use waypoints using this method. Avsim Board of Directors | Avsim Forums Moderator

October 18, 201213 yr Moderator UTX fly actual routes correct, Im sure of it? Yes UT2, not UTX, flys actual routes. The difference is UT2 is not using .bgl based traffic flight plans. It uses simconnect to inject the traffic. UT2 is the only AI prof Contnued from last post, got cut off. UT2 is the only AI program that uses simconnect to contol traffic. All other AI programs use .bgl formats. Avsim Board of Directors | Avsim Forums Moderator
October 18, 201213 yr Each to their own, but those models still look pretty gross. i7-13700KF, 32gb DDR4 3200, RTX 4080, Win 11, MSFS 2024
October 18, 201213 yr Ultimate Traffic 2 is awesome, I love it, wish they'd offer Cargo, Military and more airlines + mergers then it be perfect! Ron Hamilton "95% is half the truth, but most of it is lies, but if you read half of what is written, you'll be okay." __ Honey Boo Boo's Mom
October 18, 201213 yr I dont know if it correspond to the 360 version or not, but when i saw the iberia 757, america west and a terminal full of delta old colors, i closed the page. But i repeat, dont know if it is the 360 version. Tapatalk2, Samsung Galaxy Note. 7800X3D / 7900XTX / ROG STRIX B650-A / Corsair Vengeance 32GB 6000mhz, etc etc.
October 18, 201213 yr The models make me wanna poke my eyes out! Looks like FS2002 or something....
October 18, 201213 yr Commercial Member To me these models look a lot like ones in Mytraffic, equally bad. Really just many freeware and Ultimate Traffic 2 models look good, but myself I am still happy with Mytraffic.
October 18, 201213 yr I have TrafficX, and yes the models are pretty basic, but are they not much more frame rate friendly than complex ones?
October 18, 201213 yr much more frame rate friendly? I would say they are probably somewhat more framerate friendly than the freeware models, but with a rather massive aesthetic penalty. i7-13700KF, 32gb DDR4 3200, RTX 4080, Win 11, MSFS 2024
October 18, 201213 yr True however people moan incessantly about their framerates whilst trying to run complex AI traffic and payware aircraft into large busy airports. You have to forego something.
October 18, 201213 yr Agreed, but I'd personally prefer to see slightly fewer but much nicer looking AI when operating my flights in FSX. i7-13700KF, 32gb DDR4 3200, RTX 4080, Win 11, MSFS 2024
