November 19, 201213 yr not sure why people are suggesting they're not. It was a joke by someone, chill! - Luke Pabari
November 19, 201213 yr The 777 as of what will know should be released this or next month. I bet they've done a lot more on the 747 than we think. 777 is a perfect example of what they can do in a fairly short amount of time. I can imagine how much you're looking forward to the 777 - just like me, but you're being a bit too opitimistic! Remember when PMDG released the first video preview of the 737NGX? It took over 6 months before the plane eventually got released. And we haven't even reached that stage yet! Arjen Vandervelde

It was eight months it released after the manuals- doesn't mean they're going to be the same timelines; thought this was a different development Not even worth talking about- your guess is as good as mine ^_^ - Luke Pabari

November 20, 201213 yr Is there any decent freeware 744's out there to keep me entertained? If you want to be "entertained", then the answer is yes. But, if you want to be AMAZED, then I would just wait for the PMDG version. Ron Priever
November 20, 201213 yr Author If you want to be "entertained", then the answer is yes. But, if you want to be AMAZED, then I would just wait for the PMDG version. I tried the iFly freeware 747. It was not very entertaining, neither was the POSKY 747. Chris Magnus HR Manager Air Jamaica Virtual Airlines and Cargo (http://www.airjamaicavirtualairlinesandcargo.org)
November 20, 201213 yr I tried the iFly freeware 747. It was not very entertaining, neither was the POSKY 747. You try merging the two? Captain Kevin Air Kevin 124 heavy, wind calm, runway 4 left, cleared for take-off. Live streams of my flights here.
November 20, 201213 yr It was eight months it released after the manuals- doesn't mean they're going to be the same timelines; thought this was a different development Not even worth talking about- your guess is as good as mine ^_^ Look in the 16TH OCTOBER thread: "...and although we're not quite where we wanted to be...". I hope it coming out soon but it's just so unlikely according to this sentence. I remember they anticipated the NGX in end of 2011 and it took another 6 months. And although this isn't as a hard development as the NGX was, (according to them) there are still a big amount of new stuff that is very time consuming. We've yet to see the first video previews and you're expecting the 777 for next month? Just not gonna happen, although I'd like to be proven wrong! :Big Grin: Arjen Vandervelde

We aren't seeing that drag any longer- and in fact I think we are seeing more progress than we anticipated over the past 30 days or so." Mate you're entitled to your own opinions and guesses- so am I! Mine is maybe because it's a case of what you know and what I know.. (-: Can we end these guessing games now please? - Luke Pabari
