Which FTX region is it in ?

Yet again, their release email (a page long) fails to mention which FTX region this airport lies within.

Thanks.

The scenery looks fantastic (duh, it's from ORBX)! The only thing is, it is in a bit of "bland" country. I'm sure that won't put a lot of people off, but it's nice when ORBX makes sceneries around mountainous areas, adds some challenge. I really hope that ORBX starts making NorCal airports.

Edit: I take that back! Initial photos made it seem like it was in flat land. There are some mountains around there.

Sorry but If I get sent an email from Orbx / Flightsimstore, with a full A4 page of information about a new Orbx airfield, it's reasonable that it would include which FTX region it is in .... it's just common sense. They say that the FTX regions are highly recommended when buying the airfields - then don't bother telling people which region the airfields are in, in most of their information.

That aside, thanks for confirming the region.

[EDIT:]

Here is a screenie of the product page (Click to make it bigger) - .....it does not say which FTX region it is in!! ........ Saying 'Spokane' is one thing, very different to saying "This airport is in the FTX NA CRM region".

It's actually in the NRM region, not the CRM. And, yeah, it would be helpful if they said that.

For those who have it and have flown around in it a bit, what is the FPS impact? Marshall's airports can be FPS hogs, but his KJAC is very smooth, so perhaps he's worked out whatever was dragging down performance in some of his earlier efforts.

This is one I'd truly like to have. It's a great airport in the middle of some truly wonderful country to explore (even the dry bits to the west and south have some nice interest with Grand Coulee dam and some great canyon country, and east is beautiful Idaho and Montana Rockies), and the seemingly fully modeled cityscape. But I can't afford another airport I don't fly at because of the FPS hit.

I'm going to going to have to get this. they haven't released much payware for NRM so looking forward to it.

Are there any other payware airports they've released for NRM?

Thanks

Lee

Hmmm? I just went on to the Orbx web site and where I live (West Coast United States) I don't see that they have released it?

That's one impressive looking scenery. Love the lighting.

For PDX flyer,

just go to Flightsim Store where all other sceneries are situated.

It's there alright but at ORBX they haven't updated there frontpage yet.

Having lived just across the river from Felts Field, in Spokane, I am amazed on how accurate this rendition of KSFF is.

From the screen shots I can spot my old house, Spokane Community College, The Spokane Arena, Riverside Park, Maple Street Bridge, and I could go on and on.

I will definitely be purchasing this add-on, however, I guess that I have to get the Pacific Northwest scenery first! Awesome job guys, now you have made me purchase almost $100.00 of addons!
