Super Bowl 2013!

Go Ravens!

Interesting note: if 49ers win, it will put them number one in the league for Super Bowl championships, so let's hope the Ravens do their job and stomp them out quickly, effortlessly, and with as much unnecessary pain inflicted as possible!

Didn't watch...

Ravens destroyed the 49ers!

Even the TV adds were not up to par.

I agree with you about the ad's this year they were extra corny. Lights went out on the 49er's literally.

The lights went out on the 49er side, but they also had the most to gain from the interruption! They came back from a runaway game. In the end they were unable to rush the last few yards for a TD. Ravens defense came through when it mattered most and grabbed the victory.

Not sure I'd say destroyed. Was a good game. 49er's just didn't want it as badly as the Ravens did, that was apparent.

TV commercials really stunk however.

My heart dropped in the last two minutes of the fourth quarter. I was sure te 49ers were gonna win. I'm just glad the Ravens defense held them off.

I agree on the commercials. The only one I found funny was the "Jamaican" Volkswagon ad.

My heart sank too. Did not watch the commercials. I saw it all live through cbs.com

Had the 49ers had any resemblance of an offense in either of the first two quarters I think they would have won. The interception and fumble killed them plus you can't play from behind and win all of em like they've been doing. Hats off to the Ravens.

My favorite commercial was the 2 minute piece with Paul Harvey's "and so God created a farmer" voiceover. Kept ya hooked till the end when the Dodge pickup truck appeared. Great use of still visuals to pull you right in using Paul to drive it home.

We all loved the farmer one as well because we all farm. Unfortunately for them Ford has been the best work trucks for us.

Whatever works for you Chris, it's your cash  I miss hearing "and now....the rest of the story" on the radio.

Ravens destroyed the 49ers!

In the first half, I agree with you, the 49ers were just there. Some of their plays just made no sense. For example on their first drive 3rd and 15 they run? They did make a strong showing in the second half, and the ref blew the call on the last pass to the end zone! That was clearly pass interference, that could have been the difference in the game, as it would have gave them another shot at it. My cousin was at the game, he won tickets from a radio show!!!

Thanks

Awesome! I would have loved to go that that game, even though I don't much care for public games. I've always felt the broadcast did best at showing the plays.

Yes. The Ravens went out hungry and dominated right up till the power went out. I feel that changed the entire game, it was a different game.

All I remember is the Niners being unable to rush the ball four yards for a TD. The Ravens scoring a record with a 109 yard punt return, and winning their first championship game in 11 years. Ravens deserved it more.

Not to game to be forgotten soon.
