I spend a lot of time just checking out certain forums, and I'm silent most of the time, until I see something that really, really catches my attention. But when I go to the forums, especially one forum which I will not mention, I see guys who praise products that are very note worthy, but the level these guy go to bashing other products is just cruel in this man's opinion, I am the first one to give credit where credit is do, and when I see a great product I will praise it. But must we forget that even though some developers stuff may not be up to your standards still respect the work they bring to table to to make even the most noobs of noobs interested in the sim of that is FSX. I expect the usual the flaming from that crowd as they are known to do. I'm pretty sure that the developer in the forum in which I speak will put out an excellent product. But dis the little guy, or they guy who does this as something he loves even if it's not up to your standing. After all it's just a hobby, we all are human and we have different likes and dislikes. My wife owns a lot of different equipment and all bring me pleasure. If we want this community to survive and the sim to grow we have to stick together. Some people can't afford a $70.00 to $100.00 so some have no choice but to buy those sims in which this group call in adequate to their standards. To me is each his own. But respect the developers that work hard to keep those guys interested. I've seen people get flamed on for asking a simple question. That speaks volumes about a person character if someone can't ask a question without someone being critical of them. To me that seems if your kid asks a question you don't like they will get flamed on. My parents always taught me there are no stupid questions just answers. You might support this company or that company but give the other guy the respect for at least trying or getting a guy who would have never looked twice at FSX interested. Because believe or not that guy will support the product you so love if he can. The reason why AVSIM is here is because of the love of the game. This is a beautiful community and I appreciate it because it helps me escape the reality we call the world, and we all should. So if you see the noob in your community help him, don't make him or her get discouraged because they ask a question. That's this man's opinion! FLAME ON!!!!!
