February 13, 201313 yr You don't. One of the reasons I didn't buy GSX. The follow me car only leads you from the runway to the gates/parking.

February 13, 201313 yr I have read it is on the list to be included in a future update. I personally don't use it, unless I am in very low visibility. Normally I use charts. Jay Vorkapic

February 15, 201313 yr Ive been using GSX for a while and love it. I can't see the issue with the follow me car? Your airport map will show you terminal locations. Just exit the runway and the follow me car will meet you there and take you to the gate of your choice, simple? Jas Jaseman. Lovin it up here........ A quick print out of your airport from Skyvector.com really adds to the realism and you never know maybe you will really start to enjoying having to plan more. But totally understand if not. I know I converted to checking things more before flying. To be honest it is the only thing that keeps me interested but I am a bit OCD. February 15, 201313 yr GSX IMO is a must buy if you are into "tubeliners" and want the immersion. I have see the request from FSDT to have the vehicle take you to the runway. I get people like to follow the truck and forget about it. However there is more immersion to reading the taxi signs OR if you have Avilasoft's EFB you can actually hava your taxi route plotted in a different color on the display (sorry if everyone knew that). If you have aspirations for VATSIM when ground control is on, just try following the signs every other flight or so until you get the hang of it! "I am the Master of the Fist!" -Akuma
February 15, 201313 yr Author If you don't know where the runway is, maybe you shouldn't be flying. I can find my way using charts to and from the runway but it's more immerse to have a truck in my opinion. I'll probably buy for my flights this weekend
