Here is nice 733-300 COMBI flight from PAKN King Salmon Airport located just southeast of King Salmon in the Bristol Bay Borough of Alaska to PAFA Fairbanks International Airport located three miles southwest of the central business district of Fairbanks, Alaska.

Taxiing from taxiway C to taxiway E to short of runway 12

 

 

Entering into runway 12 for more taxi and backtracking

 

 

Backtracking is completed and getting ready for take off!!!

 

 

Airborne on climb to FL330 leaving the airport in background

 

 

Time to make right 180 degree turn toward east to head to CIFJI during climb to FL330

 

 

 

Completing the 180 degree turn and now heading eastward to CIFJI during the climb

Nice photos. Nice coloring in the sky.  Ive never seen lightning like that at anytime in a cold enviroment though. Interesting. 

Just a note. PANC was not the least busy. Ive setup my own traffic files and AI and I get about 25 aircraft in cargo alone not to mention the additional commercial stuff.  Nevertheless always fun to fly up there. 

Whos 737-300 is this? very nice photos!

Lightning during snow storms is a fairly rare phenomenon.  I really enjoy those marginal weather takeoffs in the snow.

Wow! The lightning is awesome, and the orange-blue sky above the white coast is simply amazing.
