May 13, 201313 yr Commercial Member Polished off a good book. I never realized the 777 was a counter-punch to Airbus that put Boeing back on top. Good book. Dry as [heck], but good nonetheless. I felt that it had a pretty good neutrality in addressing the arguments from both sides. Kyle Rodgers
May 13, 201313 yr Hey Bob, Nice to hear you finally got some quality R&R , some tantalizing screenshots on the PMDG Facebook , hope it won't be too much longer, Regards, Mick.
May 13, 201313 yr all good things come to those whom wait That has to be one of the most over used, irritating cliches' of all David Porrett
May 13, 201313 yr Terrible things come to those who don't wait a.k.a. an unfinished 777 with bugs. I'm on the waiting list :Big Grin: Chris Sunseri
May 13, 201313 yr That has to be one of the most over used, irritating cliches' of all Its not, because its true.
May 13, 201313 yr Dont waste the real flight time. Grab a model T777 and run up and down the isles sounds like an awesome trip! I live in Thailand , no need to go anywhere, and my wives are always smokin hot Did you say wives as in more than one? Thanks for all the well wishes. I'm back and rejuvenated. The Airbus facility in Toulouse was amazing by the way. I see the T7 isn't ready yet, and I apologize to everyone as perhaps PMDG was waiting on my return. Polished off a good book. I never realized the 777 was a counter-punch to Airbus that put Boeing back on top. http://www.amazon.com/Boeing-versus-Airbus-International-Competition/dp/1400078725 For you plane spotters out there, KMIA was incredible. I stayed in Doral and was on the top floor of the hotel facing the airport. So some nice evenings with Live ATC on the balcony watching many Atlas and Centurion Cargo flights going in and out. And the wife got plenty of attention too which means I have a free pass for the next 6 months to get back to my hobby. B) Only six months? You should've worked harder and got a full year, mate! Although, I suppose if you'd done that you'd come back from your holiday needing a holiday. Matthew Bellette
May 13, 201313 yr Thank you for letting them know you are back. As soon as Robert reads this he can then release it. Richie Walsh

May 27, 201313 yr Damn, you could have gone to Mars and back and not missed anything. Now I am leaving for Brazil next week, then Florida. I will miss most of June - Surely the 777 will be out when I get back!! One thing, on the AA 777 from JFK to Sao Paulo the seating is 2-5-2, on the return AA flight it is 3-4-2 - isn't that odd AA would have different coach configurations for the 777? Ticket price is $1400, want a window, it's $50 more. Paul Gugliotta
