May 10, 201313 yr Just got an update notification in my inbox for the new 64 bit version. There has been a number of improvements too. Things keep getting better Regards
May 10, 201313 yr Author Hi five Sure is party time I just did a quick flight with it. The sound is just the best I ever heard in any sim. It's almost like you are actually there. They are really raising the bar here. Hats off to Carenado, Now I need to get some (a lot ) more experience and check out the bigger aircraft. Regards

May 10, 201313 yr http://www.justflight.com/microsoft-c152 how does the carenado compare to the js freebie? id prefer a point by point comparison as i want a trainer for proposed ppl in future.. flying model more important than looks although after the ngx id like both now . ive been waiting an age for the realair 172 and have started to wonder if i will be too old to fly if/when it finally comes out! anyone here got both these 152s for a side by side? thanks rg Sent from my GT-P3113 using Tapatalk 2 Russell Gough SE London
May 10, 201313 yr So how do we get the update? The Carenado 152 product page still has the disclaimer that it's not X-Plane 10 compatible, although a future patch is promised.
May 10, 201313 yr Ignore me, I stuck my nose in where it doesn't belong. The World is divided into two groups. Those who say "Give me a link" and those that provide the link. WWG1WGA

Actually you don't update, instead you re-download. Of course you have to make sure you particular model has been updated. May 11, 201313 yr Author So how do we get the update? I got an email from them with a download link, Over 100mb, that is nearly 40mb bigger than the initial release. Well worth it though.
May 11, 201313 yr I just downloaded it, and it looks like it's version 2. What about my other aircraft, like the 172 and F33A, I wonder? Should I blow a download on them to find out? Edit: The 172 file looks to be the exact same size, 163MB, so I suspect it hasn't been updated.

So I would just check regularly to see when new Planes have been updated.
May 11, 201313 yr So far, only the Piper Saratoga, the Archer and the 152 have been done... I think . Anybody bought them from PC Aviator? They haven't updated theirs and haven't replied to emails. Those who have bought the Cessna 210 are good to go, as that one is fully 64 bits capable.
