Just shut down the engines following OEJN - KLAX (in real time).  What a haul!!  Great flight, interesting weather...she performed like a champ over the 16 hour journey.

Atlas Air subsidiary, Titan Aviation, just received it's first 777F yesterday and after the paint dried, she was called into service for its first long haul flight. South American fracking equipment needed to reach the Bakken oil shales of North Dakota fast and Titan answered.

Nearly 6 hours since takeoff and the Columbian coast is fading in the distance.  I can still smell that new paint

With 5385 miles under her belt, GTI117 has Grand Forks visible just off the tail section as she hangs tight on the STAR into KGFK's 35L

Love that green on the Titan. I usually only fly PAX for UAL, but I might do some freight flying with the big green Titan!

Go green Cory!!  The best thing about hauling freight is it never complains

Where do you get the paint? I'll try it!

Steve Drabek uploaded it here, but maybe due to the holiday today, it hasn't been signed off by the AVSIM Library person just yet.  I just checked Steve's uploads and his Alitalia Cargo 777 is his most recent...maybe tomorrow morning you'll see it?

Yeah uploaded this morning....delay could be due to the US holiday (Memorial Day).

Hey Cory if you message me an email address that can handle about a 14mb file I can send it to you...or it should be up tomorrow here at Avsim.

Hey Chris...great shots!  I swear if I didn't know Titan on the 777 was "fictional", I'd expect to see that last pic on Airliners.net.

As far as me being the FO on your flight...that I know was totally fictional...because I'm currently typing this from the crew rest bunk on this bird: (I took her 1/2 way from Dallas to Rio...the relief crew will take her the rest of the way) :Just Kidding:

This pic is unique because you can see the Vista Ridge Mall in the upper-right corner of the pic...and I live just east of there (right across 35) for those of you familiar with the northern burbs of Dallas.   Love Mega Scenery Dallas!

Can't wait to see where else you take Titan.  You should give Alitalia a try sometime, she's getting tired of me flying her all the time.

Perhaps it was your twin brother Sam Drabek   I'm sure the big Titan will rack up some serious miles in her journeys.  I think she needs to visit Iceland next.  I'll add the Alitalia to my fleet since a guy can never have enough freighters.

Hehe....it probably was Sam!...A guy can never have too many freighters...true dat!

In fact one of the reasons I'd love to see a PMDG 767 is so I could port over my LevelD paints to it.  I have pretty good UPS and Asiana Cargo 767-300F paints...and just love the 767 in general.

I would kill for a PMDG 767 or 757.  I had some serious drool going on when I first found out about the 777.  I'm gonna need a pretty big bucket trash can when I see the first shots of the 744v2.

Sigh...if only I had another computer to paint with while I was enroute...would maximize my time for both, hehe.
