Hey Tom don't be so hard on the guy.  I heard that the Chief Pilot of my Check Airman program made a comment about his recent excursions outside the aircraft to take screens while he neglected to properly hand off to the FO were jeopardizing his continued contractual employment in my airline.   So he's been taking that comment a little too seriously. hehe.

Motivational speaking is not one of my strong suites, though I give it the good ol' college try once in a blue moon. Jeremy, that was meant to be motivational, not critical. Press on! I will now go practice motivational speaking on my cats.

I've noticed taking some screens, if you take a look at the side view of Steve's FedEx livery, the Pitot Tubes kinda form a smile. Useless, but it's an observation, hehe.
