diagnostics out off the distance are very difficult if not impossible, ithink if it would be an issue with the installer or plane, they wouldnt have so much pleased customers isnt it ?

Well... This wonderful software messed up my FSX, and even a re-install didn't help. I wonder where in all places thise files and bits are hidden. After re-installing, the software didn't ask my serial anymore, but it didn't work either. I get both, black screens and CTD:s all the time. And it doesn't matter which plane I load, the default FSX or a PMDG.
Great job, fellas. Now, if you could tell me just, what could be wrong, I would be very happy.

Well as long as you legally got the 777, then you are eligible for support from PMDG. Their support team is second to none, and will get you sorted out in no time.

Did  you uninstall it  the correct  way  not  manually  removing  etc. did you read the introduction  about the  tweaks  you need  to add eg  the Highmemfix=1,  and  have  you tried  to use  the restore option  before  you had  these  issues to get  back to the  system before you  installed  the t7.  Did you install  using  admin rights  and  had your uac  to off.

 

If all fails  submit  a support  ticket  in

No problems at my end, I'm flying it since last week! Only the annoying FPS hit, maybe they can improve that in the next update.
