December 16, 201312 yr Author I havent techinically crashed while flying. i forgot to turn off collision detection and while pushing back a truck crashed into me.
December 16, 201312 yr I had something similar on a flight in the iFly 737. Except I have no idea how to action all the bells and whistles and lights etc. Worse still I was over water a couple hours from land. Can't remember what happened exactly, but after both engines lost power I gave up. Hit the clear all failures button in the FMC and continued to destination safely! Ok so I cheated. Nobody crashes? How many though have changed the turbulence settings in the FS cfg to increase the movement and sink/float characteristics of the aircraft? - not the silly head movement thing many use...lol. No more -20fps landings you can brag about. And some PIREPS denied if flying for a VA due to exceeding the max rate some allow - like 600fps. Puts the fun back into landing! You could have just read the QRH, that's half the fun trying to solve it! James Bennett
December 16, 201312 yr I can't remember the last time I "crashed" a plane in FSX. Christopher Low AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D CPU / 64GB DDR5-6000 RAM / 12GB Nvidia RTX 4070 Super GPU / Gigabyte X870E Aorus Elite Wifi 7 / 1+2TB Samsung Evo Plus M2 Nvme UK2000 Beta Tester
December 17, 201312 yr What happens if you buy a piece of gash like the bbs 32x or 330 and it ctds on you, do you give them more of your money ???
December 17, 201312 yr I do re-fly routes again if I crash. Usually there is something constructive to learn in the situation if it happens. I don't really crash that much anymore so if it happens I want to understand why and fix it. R Goodson
