Great shots; brings back the memories of those sights when i visited madeira april 2013... Great landscape, great airport  :P Porto Moniz especially such a cool place, too bad weather was not optimal and the natural swimming pool there was closed. I believe there should be a helipad in porto moniz too? In the lowe left-hand corner I think.

Thank you for these shots and the island scenery, too!  It's great and amazing quality for freeware. Infact, i'm going to do a sightseeing tour with my helicopter too, now. :P

Myself was in Madeira, too - in December 2004 and in August 2011. During my stay in 2011 I took a lot of pictures and videos of areas of the airport which were not so well covered on the net - especially service buildings, parking sites etc. ("everybody" makes photos of the terminal building and the apron, but that's it ...)

Yes, you're right. Actually I planned initially to place the heliport there, but then forgot about it. Noted, to add it in the next update (no date yet).

In fact "only" :P the airport is (mainly) my work, the rest of the whole island is from XPFR user lebelge - what is also a lot of work. I know this, as I am currently working on Santorini, the airport (which is not this spectacular) and additional the island - which is spectacular. Some more screenshots also here (sorry for hijacking my own thread  ).

very nice scenery.

Yep, been there, mostly in service, not even leaving the airport between flights :-)

It's a remarkable scenery, for this remarkable and unique simulator :-)
