I personnally use the checklist from this site for 757 CS / Wilco Airbus / Wilco Embraer. I just begin with the 737 pmdg, and so I didn't test this particulary checklist. These checklist resume all the operation for a flight simmer (Network / Load / etc...) and that0s why I like it

I don't know the LevelD, but I own the CS since 3 years, and I'm happy with it. I also own the CS 757 too, which is pretty similar and very nice too. I particulary enjoy the cargo version of both 757 and 767, and the litte cargo animation from CS are funny, see (for the 727 here):
