I am so glad it is not available for FS9…. one can see the potential….and then the disappointment.

So tell me FSXers how many will buy the Hawker 850 XP?

It's beautiful, and I seriously want to want it.  But so far I just can't.

I'm keeping an eye on the comments from those who've taken the plunge though, and also keeping at least a little bit of an open mind.  This silly voice in my head keeps telling me that I'd get enjoyment out of it used with an RXP 530 as a cheat.  But I (mostly) try not to listen to my silly voice.

I'm reluctant too because the recent purchase Carenado B1900 bobs and weaves violently with each wing rocking up and down like a teeter totter.  Does anyone know why the B1900 does this? My other aircraft don't do this.  Is it due to Carenado bad flight Dynamics?  It settles down after a while usually.

I was sorely tempted by the TBM as well, and almost talked myself into going this route.  Arrggh. :-)

Phillip, I don't have the 1900, but I do have the C90 and it is quite sensitive to asymmetrical thrust and will do this if you're a bit off with power.  I think this is fundamentally correct behavior.

Most of my modest Carenado collection actually have quite good flight models.

RXP is the $%&% :), should have been one of my first purchases for FSX

Still though, I'm finding it hard to push the buy button after being bit by the TBM.

I agree.  The TBM was a big disappointment for me. I'm gonna hold for some of the reviews.  Hopefully this G1000 has a much better resolution than the TBM850.

I won't. Although I wish I wanted too.

But I get what Carenado do, and who their target audience is

That's the reason they're probably only on Facebook, so they can only get positive feedback lol

If anyone does use RXP don't forget to add the linkgps=on in the RXP.ini - this will allow any default based GPS system to semi interact with the RXP system.

For instance on the Phenom it will fix names from RXP and display them on the PFD.

This new release triggered me to bring the ol' Feel There Phenom 100 out of the hangar and I have to say it's not that bad for a light product.  Wow! There doesn't seem to be a lot of interest in this latest Carenado...is it because they're pounding out the projects too fast or what?......just curious.   I am passing on it myself after getting the TBM 850 I am hesitant to buy another Carenado with the G1000.
