What scenery & addons were used in (CADET TRAINING videos)

Recommended Posts

Hi,

I have purchased and am enjoying the training videos, one question is;

What scenery & add-on`s were used in the videos 1-10??

In particular the power stations at east midlands, what scenery pack are they with??

thanks Steve.

Steve:

Airports were - EGNX East Midlands International by UK2000 in the Base Training. EGNS Isle of Man by Earth Simulations, EGBB Birmingham by UK2000, EGJB Guernsey by Earth Simulations and EGKK by UK2000 in the line flying.

Navigraph charts, REX, AS NEXT, SHADE, ORBX FTX ENG (used in some parts but not others, we can't quite remember as we shot things at different times)

No ENB.

The power stations I think one is UK2000 EGNX and the other is from FTX ENG.

Ben, I think you'd have a lot of happy campers if you could ask the developers of the airport sceneries used in your training if they'd give airline2sim customers a bit of a discount? :P How about it? K

Hi Ben

Just like to say that I really enjoyed watching the series and that you've all done a great job on it, hats off.

Just wandered what AI Traffic you're using?

Cheers

Gavin

Just seen the discounts on Facebook, I'll certainly be getting IOM in a few minutes and that's a really good discount. Many thanks!

I would be interested in finding out what, if anything, was used for the ATC and radio interaction, or was that all "staged" for the effect... I know the ATIS was ASN...

But what about ATC for departure/approach, the cabin announcements (Is that part of the Q400?), and the ground interaction?

Thanks

A

Any chance of a screenshot of the REX settings?

In particular the clouds?

They look very nice indeed!

Thanks for your great videos!

Would it be possible to get the AS Next settings, especially for upper and ground visibility?

Earthsimulations.com appears to be down and I cant find any vendors that sell this scenery...anybody know how to get their scenery add-ons?  Also wondering if the UK2000 scenery is compatible with P3Dv2 as this is the sim platform I use with A2S.

Their site seems back up now?

And UK2000 stuff works fine for me in P3Dv2.2, with the migration tool. I don't know if Gary supports it, however.

I was sure you also used ENB. How did you achieve such whiteness and contrast in clouds and sky? Post-production effects?
