If not for you, I would not have considered SPX, so thanks Yori

If it wasn't for you and Rob, I would not have bought SPX, so thanks again Yori :)

Good one Lee. I have not set up the 777 yet, but if you manage to create a profile for the T7 your happy with, can you share here.  I am a bit of a goose when it comes to setting these things up.

Yeah for sure, I just tried it with the NGX but I'll have a look at the 777 tomorrow, I'm not really flying that much, waiting for FS2Crew hehe

Ill have a look through the manual and see, it seems like there's a way to test a profile and everything

Great. Thanks Lee. yes, i think Bryan  @fs2crew is keen to get it out there.

When I do some tests tomorrow I'll make a new topic and post my testing results in that topic and maybe we can collaborate as I go?

And anyone else who wants to join in. I'll just post some results and we can discuss them etc

Sounds like a plan

What's the difference, braking-wise, between Frictionality and SPX if I don't care about the icing camera effects?

I learned a lot from you guys! Thank you for that!!

I did not do anything after the first post

  • 6 months later...

Hello folks,

Many months have passed, any final conclusions about it?

I use FSUIPC script but it's only good for taxiing speeds. What should I get in order to make braking more realistic? It would be great to add the capability of different braking actions too, such as wet and icy (patchy would be asking too much, I suppose).

Thanks.

Hi Guys this is an interesting topic, I own Sim Phisicx X since long now and i was wondering if in case of icing conditions u need to solve the icing problem thru the simphisic interface or u can solve it switching  on the anti ice and de ice of the plane?

Thanks
