One rule you must live by on the internet. Don't take anything too seriously. Even if it's a meme picture with the intention of responding to someone. It's not worth your energy to get offended and write back about how emotionally disturbed you were.

Laugh it off, if the answer wasn't helpful, let them know. But don't let anything directed to you on this forum make you loose any sleep :)

I can see it must be the time of day where you are allowed access to a pc,do you not think if you are going to post in here it could be something beneficial to the flight sim community rather than the ramblings of a person with learning difficulties!

I will publish a master change list for you shortly- as I have to compile it from the hundreds of sub-versions that we have built during the SP1 phase

I have been looking for the change list - has anyone seen it?

This personal attack is completely uncalled for.  Cpt_Morgan was extremely civil in his response and certainly was much more "beneficial to the flight sim community" than your inappropriate reply.

I know there's a lot of money in aviation because I put it there.

The comments that I expected! Lol you guys never cease to amaze me! So if I was a contractor and I left your house not finished it's cool for me to give you meme to explain when I'll be back! If it's that easy who needs house their house remodeled, lol!

So... was it expected or did "we" amaze you?

It's silly, but still feel I need to emphasize what Rob exactly said, and what he did not.

"The window for release is looking like 15JUL14-18JUL14 if all goes according to plan."

This means ZERO guarantee of a release on this timeframe.

I get the excitement, but please don't go screaming around the forum for four days when we didn't get an update yet.

Maybe we get lucky, maybe we get lucky a little later..!

Yes and you know their history with meeting time frames - the original claim was we would be flying the 747 by now let alone waiting for a sp.

Watch the tour instead - far more interesting.

Yes, they have been quite off when providing broad time frames, such as a month or season. When the 777 came out, they made an approximation of a specific time frame for release which was about a week. They hit their specific approximation very well. They can't just throw a date or set of dates out without at least being 99% sure that it'll be done, and even more so since the dates provided are so close to when the announcement was made.

I don't expect it to be coming out this month. Probably sometime in August. I remember the expected time frame for the 777 was in August but ended up being released in September.

I revert back to my first point. Saying August is a very, very broad release time. If you're in mid-July and feel like it's about done, August doesn't sound bad. Of course, unexpected issues will arise, but they can be fixed, and that's why it released in September.

In this case, giving this specific, 4-day window shows that it is basically finished and that it will NOT take long to complete. It's very specific and shows confidence in the product. To be able to say that your product will be out in a week or less shows that there is little to add or fix, unlike saying August which would mean maybe it'll be done in a week maybe in a month + a week, a very unsure statement.

Nice to see another Skywards pilot here! :)

Left your house not finished? Some of you people are unbelievable! Find a new hobby or learn to be patient. It's just a virtual airplane you are waiting for.
