September 1, 201411 yr I'm enjoying dx10 with no issues. In fact I was able to add SweetFx to dx10 and IMO it's better than before. (It works by removing a ms update related to internet explorer. I think it ends in 6038) "I am the Master of the Fist!" -Akuma

"I felt that too many people have been buying it recently without trying dx10 out first leading to a mismatch in their expectations ( and an increase in support calls)"

I personally think that the the lazy individuals who refused to read the manual and want their handheld overwhelmed him, IMHO. The DX10 fixer was supposed to cure cancer, solve world hunger, bring world peace, put a chicken in every pot and make everyone young again, at least according to forum posts. Anyone who hinted otherwise got dog-piled. This kind of thing creates unrealistic expectations.
