You're going to need to be more specific.

Please start by reading the manual:

www.support.fs2crew.com

Make sure you "enable" FS2Crew via the Aerosoft Config Managers.

There are two of them:  One for the A318/A319 and one for the A320/A321.

Run everything with Admin rights.

The download for fs2crew did not show up after installing both A319 or A320 aerosoft aircraft. I am not sure what I need to do in order to get fs2crew installed for both Airbus aircraft

The A318 and A319 have their own separate Config Managers that are not connected to the the A320/A321 Config Manager.

You need to tick the "enable FS2Crew" box.

Ensure you run everything as an Admin to avoid write permission issues.

Best,

Ok, thanks for your help! Cheers!

Please login to your account from wherever you purchased FS2Crew.

Re-download and re-install.

The update is only built into the main installer.

Best,

I know this topic is kinda old right now but I just now have started using the airbus with FS2crew and I also heard that message about an important update being needed. I bought the airbus version on sim market but I don't see where I can download an update? What I got on simmarket was a FS2crew special collection set and I see I can download the whole set again but nothing specific to just the airbus.
