FS2Crew 777 Help, Troubleshooting, FAQS

The 777 fs2crew I have says that it is an update.  Do I need the original?   I don't believe the exec file ever loaded the program in my 777. There are no fs2crew items in the panel.cfg.  In additiion, I assigned a key to open it, but nothing happens.  Help?

You need to re-download the 777 from wherever you bought it.

 

The update is built into the main installer only.

I have the following problem. During the climb FO turns the logo light off at 10K and in few seconds turns it back to on. FSX SP2/Fs2crew 1.7

What's your cruise altitude?  Are you following the tutorial?  Sounds like maybe you somehow put FS2Crew into Descent mode during the climb.  Hard to guess.  Haven't heard of this one before.

cruise altitude is usually over 35K. Im not doing anything special. as usual take off, gear up, flaps up, transition altitude, after takeoff checklist. from that point 'Descend checklist' appears on fs2crew panel. If it would be helpful I might film that.

Problem is I looked at the code and it isn't obvious what that's happening in your case.

 

The logo light should only be toggled once, not twice, based on the code.

 

Does this happen to anyone else?

 

 

Also, confirm the FO is pressing the AIRPORT on his EFIS panel at 10,000 feet.

affirm, he does. okay I will reinstall and see what gonna happen.

Re-installing shouldn't make a difference in this case, but it won't hurt.

 

Are you running any other programs that may attempt to control the lights?

I have no idea what program else could control the lights. also asn, ezca, gsx are running.

I bought through AEROSOFT the VOICE CONTROL AND BUTTON  PMDG 777 application, currently i have installed 1.7, but upon entering my purchases with my account, ARE NOT UPDATE 1.8......only have 1.7 in my account to download, the surprise is that the application FS2Crew PMDG 777 Config Manager if you tell me that there is an update.....

 

How and Wherei can download it? since in aerosoft  still they have versión 1.7 and want to have the 1.8, in my account.

You need  to contact  aerosoft   with your issue

Give Aerosoft a few days to update the FS2Crew 777 file on their server.
