A Lot depends on the monitor you have. Your best best bet is to look at http://sfx.thelazy.net/games/ and see if anything there grabs your attention. Use the settings in the ones you like by adjusting them in your mastereffect.h file.

 

It will be a matter of trial and error.

 

At least it works now.

on this page http://reshade.me/ find new shader, there are 3 variables and each has its details personally use the three and work perfectly with P3D 2.5, if they register on the site will have opportunity to ask questions if they a question arises and each has its section in the forum.

I have just tried Reshade (in FSX:SE DX9 mode), and although I am very impressed with the effects, it seems to have introduced excessive shimmering in the trees etc. I use Orbx HD trees, and have antialiasing 8x and Anisotropic 16x. Is there anyway to reduce this?

Gerard, please excuse my ignorance, but what do I do with the Sweetfx.txt files in these downloads. I currently don't use Sweetfx, only Reshade and MasterEffectReborn (http://reshade.me/forum/shaderpack-mastereffect/161-mastereffect-reborn-official-thread)?

Do I simply adjust the same parameters in the above MasterEffect file, or replace it with the Sweetfx one?

Is there any particular settings which would effect the shimmering trees?

if you have activated FXAA anti-aliasing (#define USE_FXAA      1 ) in your SweetFX_settings.txt document, that can cause shimmering in the trees.

If you haven't edited this file, look for it in the SweetFX folder in your sim root folder and check the setting.
Set it to 0 to switch it off.

I recommend that you download from the same page Reshade + Framework

  since there contains all modes of MasterEfect, SweetFx and GemFx

dejar mi último ajuste, simplemente darle una oportunidad, utilizar sin haber activado el HDR, insistiendo una vez más darle una oportunidad, no te arrepentirás. sólo debe copiar la carpeta y los dos archivos en el simulador, para eliminar eliminar estos tres archivos.

HDR is off, this is all done with Reshade.

Hola asi mismo como  lo explico lo hise pero sale muy azul....o sea un azul palido...sin HDR...no luce mal pero el efecto es rraro...algun otro setting que pueda usar?

ReShade folder GemFX_settings.cfg you must open the file and within that says #define ambient_light 1 You must pass it to 0

I assume that's because you wrote (I just guess here) in spanish rather than in english?
