I will be using Active Sky Next for FSX in the RTWR 2015.

In the unlikely event that I use FS9 as a backup, I will use MS default/Jeppesen weather.

Thanks, Mike and Committee. :)

As expected, I'll be using Active Sky 2012 in FSX, and Active Sky Evolution in FS9.

Declared weather:  FSX: ASN / FS9: ASE

Default weather for me if (shudder) I have to fall back to FS9.

Can I use Cliffs of Dover?

Active Sky for FS9 and Default FSX real world for FSX.

Well, having read the NOTAM...

I'll use ASN for FSX (primary) and Default MSFS Jeppesen for FS9 (as a backup).

Leon, please note that REX is not one of the authorized addon weather programs. We shall have to ask for a special exemption for you to use REX weather. (The problem is that in its earlier form, REX did not have fully dynamic weather as a default.)

Please send me a PM to get the process started.

EDIT: Leon has switched to ASN for FSX. No worries.

I will be on ASN to be sure, however REX claims to have the full dynamic weather  as needed

I am not sure why this is being reported this way, but REX has ALWAYS had dynamic real-time weather just like all the other 3rd party weather engines on the market and FSX default weather.

We download the latest weather 6 times an hour and upper level GRIB data 4x a day.
