The model hasn't changed. Just the panels. So hopefully it should all work in FSX. Obviously if there are any problems then I can resolve them except that I don't use FSX so I cannot test them. Anything else though should be ok. Especially as most developers prefer FS9 XML even for P3D!!

How long the upload to avsim will take I don't know. Probably a couple of days.

It is 0.9GB. Even so there are about 700+ gauges. So I'm hoping we don't get any storms that will interfere with and delay the uploads.

That's an amazing statement for something totally unseen. The aircraft cannot function correctly without the changes made so the "bloat" as you say is part and parcel in order to make the Super VC10 distinct from the Standard VC10.

And, part of the necessary process to eventually make a totally new model for the likes of P3D, Xplane etc.

You are entitled to your opinion, but describing the hard work that vololiberista has done on this aircraft (which is freeware) as "bloat" is just downright rude.

 

Your opinions on something you have not even seen yet are best kept to yourself.

You know, if you consider the size of the download it actually sounds like a reasonable deal even at 80 euros! lol

At least the downloads will be much quicker than the upload. Consider that on YT it takes eight to ten hours to upload a half hour HD video!!
